20. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We fulfil orders through a network of reliable courier partners.
Estimated delivery timeframes, stock availability, and any applicable postage costs are shown at checkout and vary depending on your location.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We aim to deliver all orders within 5–8 working days.


21. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in line with applicable consumer rights legislation.

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original, unaltered condition — unworn and free from damage
  • Be returned in the original packaging they arrived in
  • Include all accessories and components originally supplied

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.


22. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products we sell are covered by statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If an item arrives defective or not as described, contact us at support@ebyek.com with a clear description of the problem and any supporting photos or documents.
We will review the situation and offer the most appropriate resolution — whether that is a repair, replacement, or full refund.
