Refund policy

At EBYEK, we take pride in every order that leaves our hands. We hold our standards high, and on the rare occasion something goes wrong, we'll step in without delay to make it right — no drama, no unnecessary back and forth.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Unwrapped your order only to find it's faulty, broken, or not what you expected? Please let us know straight away. Reach out within 30 days of your delivery arriving.

To speed things up, please include your order number along with a few clear photos showing the issue in question.

Once we've looked into your case, we'll present you with one of these options:
A replacement dispatched directly to you
Store credit applied to your account
A full refund returned to your original payment method

Any shipping costs paid on the original order will be reimbursed as well.
Restocking fees are never charged on approved returns.

Please note: The expense of sending items back to us — return postage included — is the customer's responsibility.


Need a Different Size or Style?

Not the ideal fit, shade, or design? No problem at all — we're always happy to help with an exchange. Just get in touch with our team and we'll guide you through the process from start to finish.


Changed Your Mind? You've Got 30 Days

Decided it's not for you? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be accepted, the item must be:

  • Entirely unworn and in unused condition
  • In the exact state it arrived, free from any damage
  • Enclosed in its original, intact packaging

Before sealing the box, make sure your order number is written clearly on the outside.

Return shipping costs are yours to cover.
For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
Your bank or card provider may then require a few additional days before the funds appear in your account.


When We Cannot Accept a Return

There is one circumstance in which a return cannot be processed:

  • Packages that arrive without a valid order number marked on the outside

How Your Refund Is Handled

The moment your return lands at our warehouse, our team will examine it and keep you informed of the outcome.
If everything is in order, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Bear in mind that your bank or financial provider may need a little extra time before the amount reflects on your statement.
