SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will my order take to arrive?
The majority of orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. From there, the courier typically takes a further 4–6 working days to complete delivery, giving a total estimated window of 5–8 working days. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

Is delivery free?
Yes, always. All UK orders come with free standard delivery included — no minimum order value needed. See our Shipping Policy page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. EBYEK ships to UK addresses only and we are currently unable to fulfil orders outside the United Kingdom.

Can I follow my delivery?
Absolutely. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel right up to your doorstep.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to send an item back. To be eligible, it must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, in the same state as when it was delivered.

I got a faulty or damaged item — what do I do?
Drop us an email at support@ebyek.com along with photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in. We'll arrange a no-cost replacement and handle the return postage for you.

When will I get my refund?
After we've received and checked your return, your refund will be released within 7 working days. It'll be sent back to your original payment method, although your bank may need a few extra days to show it in your account.

Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Never. EBYEK does not charge restocking fees under any circumstances, full stop.

EXCHANGES & ORDER CHANGES

Can I exchange an item?
Of course — exchanges are always welcome. Contact our team, return the original item, and we'll get your new one sent out as soon as we receive it.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible right up until your order has been dispatched. After it leaves our warehouse, we're no longer able to cancel it and you'd need to use our standard returns process.

Can I change something about my order after placing it?
Only before the order is shipped. If something needs updating, please reach out to us without delay at support@ebyek.com. Once the parcel is in transit, changes cannot be made.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

What payment options do you offer?
We accept a wide variety of trusted payment methods, covering all major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. The complete list can be found at the foot of our website or on our Payment Methods page.

How secure is my payment?
Completely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and we are fully PCI DSS compliant. Your complete card details are never stored anywhere on our systems.

How do I know which size to order?
Every product page includes a full sizing guide to help you find the right fit. If you're still unsure, our support team is always available to give you personal recommendations.

What if an item I want is out of stock?
Unavailable items are clearly marked across the site. Simply sign up for a restock alert on the product page and we'll notify you the moment it becomes available again.
