EBYEK currently ships to UK addresses only. International delivery is not available at this time.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Your total delivery time is split across two stages: the time we need to get your order ready, and the time the courier takes to bring it to you.

Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off:
Orders placed before 2:00 pm GMT Mon–Fri will be processed the same day. Orders submitted after this time or at the weekend will be picked up on the next working day.
Every order is quality-checked and carefully packed before it leaves us — this is what makes up the preparation period.

Parcel Protection Included
All orders are sent out with free parcel protection as standard.
If your tracking shows no updates for 5–6 days after dispatch, please write to us at support@ebyek.com and we'll open a claim with the courier on your behalf without delay.
Follow Your Delivery
Once your order has left our facility, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. You can check in at any time to see where your parcel is.

If your delivery is running late, your parcel arrived damaged, or a delivery attempt was missed — contact our team as soon as you can. We'll investigate and do everything we can to get it sorted quickly.
