How to Pay

Shopping at EBYEK is fast and effortless — we offer a broad selection of payment methods to suit every customer. We currently accept all of the following:

How Ordering Works

All payments are completed through secure, encrypted gateways in real time. Here's what the process looks like from start to finish:

  • Find the items you want and add them to your cart
  • Move to checkout and enter your shipping address
  • Select whichever payment method you prefer
  • Go over your order details and place your purchase

The moment your payment is approved, a confirmation screen will appear on the spot and a complete order summary will be sent to your email address shortly after.

Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£).
Should your card be issued by a bank outside the UK, any conversion to your local currency will be carried out by your card provider at the rate applicable on the day of purchase.


Order Confirmation

As soon as your payment clears, an on-screen confirmation will appear immediately. We'll also fire off an email to you containing:

  • A detailed summary of everything you ordered
  • A record confirming your payment
  • Your personal order reference number


Trouble Completing a Payment?

If your payment doesn't go through, a few things could be behind it:

  • Insufficient balance available on the card
  • An expired card or a block placed by your bank
  • Limits or restrictions imposed by your financial institution
  • Incorrect details entered during checkout
  • A momentary issue on the payment gateway's end

Additional Charges

EBYEK does not charge any processing fees on top of your order. However, certain costs may be applied by third parties that are beyond our control:

  • Your bank may impose international transaction or currency exchange fees
  • Your card issuer may apply a cross-border charge in line with their own policies
  • Third-party platforms such as PayPal have their own separate fee arrangements

To avoid any unexpected costs, we recommend checking with your provider before completing your purchase.
